Clinical and immunological comparisons of the results of testing for COVID-19 of employees of an outpatient medical organization of a large industrial centre during a pandemic

Aim . To determine the presence or absence of specific IgG antibodies against SARS-CoV-2 antigens in outpatient clinic staff and to compare clinical immunological features from April August 2020. Materials Methods The control group comprised 386 employees Novosibirsk City Clinical Polyclinic №13.The determination blood serum was performed by using ELISA method. A real time method reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction used extract RNA nasopharyngeal oropharyngeal swabs. Results Specific were detected 32 (8.42%) polyclinic. Antibodies not 91.58% employees. 9 members (28.12%) had symptoms varying degrees disease severity with antibodies, 4 this (12,51%) bilateral community-acquired pneumonia signs COVID infection, another 5 (15.61%) ARVI mild moderate severity. implications any case; 23 (71.88%) IgG-antibodies did have disease. Conclusion COVID-19 without detection virus biological material is a retrospective confirmation etiology transferred infection. persons who can serve as asymptomatic course coronavirus
